Land Clearing and Logging Project

Land Clearing and Logging Project. We started this on a Thursday and wrapped it up the following Tuesday. A lot of moving parts on this one. We had a logger come in to haul and sell the logs for the customer. We contracted Adam Durbin with Hop Skip and A Stump to grind the stumps. To finish, we graded the whole area and had gravel delivered to rebuild the driveway. Between logs, wood chips and the scrap wood we hauled 13 loads out totaling well over 100 tons. The scrap wood went to a more local miller named Kyle Drake. He will mill what he can and in return bring some of the finished wood back to the customer. The rest he will use to heat his kiln. The wood chips went to multiple locations. They will be used for natural mulch and to fill in muddy areas on local farms.
